Mission
You will be responsible for setting up and managing training courses offered to all CSSF staff.
Role & responsibilities
* Contribute to identifying needs and participate in the development and implementation of the CSSF's training plan, in line with strategic needs

* Ensure rigorous monitoring of the training budget
* Take charge of the practical organization of training activities (planning, registrations, rooms, tools, etc.)
* Manage and develop relationships with external training providers and CSSF internal trainers, ensuring the educational quality of training programs
* Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes related to training
Your profile
* High school diploma (BAC), advanced technician's certificate (BAC+2) or Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable field
* At least 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, particularly in the field of training
* Fluency in written and spoken French, Luxembourgish, and English. Fluency in German is considered an asset
* In-depth knowledge of MS Office
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude
* Curiosity about teaching, an appetite for digital tools and new forms of learning
* Organizational skills, budgetary discipline, team spirit
The successful candidate (m/f) will be hired as public employee ("employé de l'Etat") under a permanent contract. If the candidate meets the required conditions, s/he will be asked to apply for admission to the status of civil servant ("fonctionnaire de l'Etat").
Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the candidate must submit an extract from the criminal record (bulletin n°3), dated less than 2 months, in order to prove their conduct and integrity.
