Asthe Head of Global HR Data, Analytics & AIinourTransformation, Operations&Insightsunityou will…
1. Establish and govern a scalable global HR data architecture covering all HR systems and data sources.
2. Define and implement global HR data governance, including data ownership, quality standards, master data management, and lifecycle management.
3. Define and manage global HR data & analytics service delivery model (e.g., self-service analytics, dashboards, standardized reports).
4. Set up and oversee frameworks for HR data privacy, security, and compliance in close collaboration with Legal, IT, and Data Protection.
5. Drive the design, implementation and adoption of AI-powered HR solutions that enhance manager and employee experience with easy-to-use, scalable tools.
6. Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional HRData, Analytics &AIunit.

Your profile
7. 10+ years of experience in HR, data and analytics, global HR systems management, HR-IT demand management, or related fields in international matrix organizations.
8. Proventrack recordin leading large-scale, cross-functional data and AI initiatives in a global corporate environment.
9. In-depth knowledge of data privacy and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and their application to HR data.
10. Proficiencywith modern data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Python, R, SQL, BI tools).
11. Demonstrated ability to build,leadand develop high-performing, diverse teams.
12. Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills, including at senior executive level.
13. Deep understanding of HR processes and how to enable them with data,analyticsand AI.
14. English businessproficiencyis amust-have,Germanproficiencyis a plus.
