BDO in Luxembourg is looking for an Accounting Manager or Senior Manager specialized in Alternative Investments (m/f).

What will you do ?
* Supervise the day-to-day bookkeeping for a diverse portfolio of Real Estate, Private Equity and securitisation structures;
* Be in charge of preparing and reviewing periodic management reports, annual financial statements and other financial deliverables;
* Ensure the coordination with our corporate, tax, and legal teams to ensure seamless client service;
* Prepare and review regulatory and statistical reporting to the BCL, CSSF and other authorities, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
* Be the primary point of contact of the client and third parties for the day-to-day services provided by BDO in Luxembourg.
* Lead, coach, and mentor junior and senior accountants, providing training and guidance on complex accounting and regulatory topics related to alternative investments vehicles.
This offer is for you if:
* You hold a Bachelor or a Master degree in Finance, Accounting or any other relevant field;
* You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in an accounting firm;
* You have good accounting skills and a strong knowledge in Lux GAAP;
* You have a good understanding of direct and indirect taxes;
* You have excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills;
* You are proactive, committed, detail-oriented, motivated, autonomous and rigorous;
* You have strong analytical, written communication and interpersonal skills;
* You speak English fluently. French and/or German (as well as any other language) would be an asset;
