You'll handle everything from client acquisition to contract negotiation, gaining full-cycle recruitment skills in a structured yet flexible environment.You’ll be joining a collaborative, social team with clear progression paths, opening the door to leadership opportunities.Key responsibilities :Sales & business development : Support business growth by identifying new client opportunities and expanding our client presence in the SAP / ERP market across GermanyClient relationship management : Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutionsCandidate sourcing : Identify, attract, and shortlist candidates for relevant client rolesInterview coordination : Manage and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and clientsMust be fluent in German with a good level of EnglishEU right to workMinimum 4-5 year’s experience in a 360 agency recruitment role, and able to demonstrate consistent success.
