KG Organization EVP Global Functions Business Unit Project Entity Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day As the Head of General Site Management within the Site Management organization you will be at the forefront of managing and directing an international team of Site Project Managers, Construction Managers and Chief Technical Field Advisors responsible for the successful on-site execution of projects around the globe. This role involves overviewing all site management activities beginning from site hand over until final hand over to the costumer, ensuring adherence to our strict Zero Harm philosophy, technical specifications and contract requirements. You will play a pivotal role in representing the Site Execution organization in all matters, fostering innovation, and leading your team to achieve exceptional results in delivery of Power Plant Projects.You will be in continuous dialog with the site leads, supporting them to overcome any challenges during site execution. 8. Direct the site management team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement in project execution

10. Driving innovation in site execution processes; Championing organizational change to improve efficiency and effectiveness
11. Close liaison with internal and external stakeholders
12. Manage resource planning, recruitment, assignment, and development of site leads to sustain long-term project success and team motivation
13. You will be involved in setting-up procedures and regulations for a professional execution of project construction sites.
What You Bring
14. A degree in a technical discipline (such as engineering or a related field), providing a strong foundation for managing complex industrial projects.
15. Extensive experience in site management and project execution on major industrial EPC sites, with a proven track record of delivering results in challenging environments.
16. Skilled in setting clear direction, inspiring teams, and fostering professional growth, knowing that empowered and well-trained employees drive client satisfaction.
17. Adept at building strong relationships and articulating a clear vision across all organizational levels and international teams.
18. Embraces new ideas, promotes diversity, and encourages courageous thinking to achieve sustainable success.
19. Comfortable working in multicultural environments, with sensitivity to cultural differences and a willingness to travel internationally.
20. Fluent in English, ensuring effective collaboration across global projects. German is a plus.
