Working Student - AI Engineer / Developer (m/f/d)
Allianz Technology is the global IT service provider for Allianz, and it delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the company. The Cloud and Data Center Services (CDC) department provides IT infrastructure services, such as compute, operating systems, storage, middleware, and databases, in the cloud and in our own data centers. You will be joining and supporting our commercial service management team, which handles the financial activities for the CDC services. The team is located in Munich, Barcelona, and Bucharest, and we are looking for someone in Munich. The work environment is international, with communication mostly in English.
What you do
* Assist in developing chatbots and virtual assistants for internal finance operations.
* Collaborate on natural language processing (NLP) solutions for document processing and customer service.
* Support integration of AI tools with existing financial systems and workflows.
* Support development of AI agents for financial data analysis and commercial process automation.
* Work in an agile environment as an active member of an internationally distributed team.
* Be part of a small self-organized team of interns and working students.
What you bring
* Master- or Bachelor studies in STEM fields, preferably in the final year(s) of their studies.
* Strong foundation in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Typescript.
* Good understanding of generative AI and machine learning concepts.
* Experience with version control systems like Git and SQL knowledge for database interactions.
* High motivation, quick perception, and adaptability to new situations.
* Fluent in written and spoken English, with a preference for full-time internship for 6 months (38h/week) or part-time working student position (16-20h/week).
* Enjoyment in communication and teamwork within a hybrid work environment.
