Coordinate shipments and support logistics, including the preparation and dispatch of hardware for new joiners.
Continuously improve office management by optimizing process documentation and existing workflows.
Provide support to various teams to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Completed vocational training in commercial administration or hotel management.
Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
