What you'll do
* Lead and collaborate on OT security projects, designing and implementing tailored security solutions for production environments
* Conduct threat and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities in production networks and automation systems, developing effective mitigation measures
* Implement and maintain systems for OT asset management, security monitoring, and secure network segmentation with defined security zones
* Provide expert advice to internal stakeholders on securing OT environments, reviewing and recommending security controls such as IAM solutions for OT, and ensuring cybersecurity requirements are integrated throughout the lifecycle of OT systems
Who you are
* A professional with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, engineering, or a related field, and extensive experience in OT security and cybersecurity
* Skilled in industrial control systems (ICS), production environments, and industrial communication protocols, with a strong understanding of IT/OT convergence
* Proficient in security frameworks and standards such as IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82, with knowledge of relevant regulations like KRITIS or the NIS2 Directive
* Experienced in using data analytics for threat intelligence, vulnerability prioritization, and asset discovery in complex OT/ICS environments
* A strong communicator and problem-solver, capable of translating technical insights for diverse stakeholders and collaborating effectively in a matrix organization
