We’re also home to the Flämingo Startup Hub, a major state-funded entrepreneurship accelerator, helping startups thrive in rural areas.As we evolve, we’re looking for a hands-on, thoughtful General Manager to guide our hospitality operations into a more streamlined, financially sustainable future — while maintaining the warmth and simplicity that makes Coconat so special.Your MissionAs General Manager – Hospitality & Operations, you’ll lead and refine the day-to-day systems that power our hospitality operations: accommodation, coworking, cleaning, and food.You’ll ensure that Coconat’s services are simple, joyful, and high-quality —stream-lining staffing time without losing quality, improving financial performance, and helping our international team work together as one.
