About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop architectures that meet business needs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Participate in the growth of the enterprise architecture domain to provide a customer-focused practice.
* Manage the enterprise architecture repository, the central location of the enterprise landscape.
* Contribute to the elaboration and evolution of processes, functional, data & technical architectures.
* Collaborate with Business Process by identifying opportunities, driving changes and improvements in business architecture and processes design.
* Ensure alignment of IT strategy with business goals; Ensure coherence, efficiency and security of Information Systems.
* Manage technology standards and bring Innovation, Digitalization and new technologies approach.
* Help/Support IT Teams to promote best practices and define solutions in order to ensure coherence between high-level enterprise architecture decisions and project implementation.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF, IASA, etc., and expertise in Architecture modeling languages such as UML, C4, Archimate, Entity-Relationship or BPMN.
* Proven experience in designing microservices architecture from a technical (Spring Boot, Containers) and functional aspect (Domain-Driven Design).
* Proficiency in various architecture styles such as Web Oriented Architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture, Event Driven Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, …
* Technical knowledge background: Core Banking System, API, Micro-services, Spring, Kafka, MQ, Java, Python, JSON, XML, ETL, Data Lake, MFT, Oracle, PKI, etc.
* Ability to lead and animate architecture workshops.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Ability to understand and translate a business strategy and requirements.
* Communication skills and presentation skills with technical and non-technical people.
* Concrete relational, listening, sharing and conviction capabilities.
* Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks.
* Bachelor or Master's degree.
* Mandatory languages: French and English.
