High Voltage Team Assistant
The High Voltage Department is looking for a team assistant to support the team in their daily tasks. The team assistant will be responsible for managing documents, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating meetings.
* Requirements:
* Completed commercial education or comparable technical training
* Several years of experience in an administrative environment, preferably as a team assistant
* Strong team spirit, excellent communication skills, and high affinity for numbers and IT
* Routine handling of MS Office and SAP
* Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, English skills are advantageous
Tasks:
* Rechnungsmanager: creation and review of offers, invoices and credit notes
* Termineffiziente Erstellung von Abweichungsanalysen und Auswertungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Budgetplanung und Forecasts
* Office-Experte: You handle general administrative tasks and support with the organization of workflows
* Support the project management in the financial and commercial processing of projects (Ensuring a transparent project progress through continuous status and quality control)
* Koordinator: Self-responsible monitoring and analysis of project progress and cost development, as well as regular conduct of residual cost estimates of projects
* Kommunikationstalent: Optimization of established processes in collaboration with the branch management and operational teams
* Support the financial branch management in contract inspections
