They are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to join their dynamic international team.
The Role
This is a pivotal position at the heart of the company’s Berlin operations. The Office Manager will take ownership of day-to-day office functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, managing administrative processes, and creating a welcoming, productive environment for the team. The role suits someone with excellent organisational skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily office operations and maintain an efficient workspace
* Manage supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
* Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
* Coordinate meetings, events, and team activities (both virtual and in-person)
* Act as primary contact for facility management and service providers
* Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
* Maintain health and safety standards in line with local regulations
* Provide administrative support to HR and Finance teams
* Foster a positive and inclusive office culture
Experience required:
* Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative role
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication skills in both English and German
* Proficiency with office tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, and Slack
* Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and multitask effectively
* Experience in a tech or startup environment is advantageous, but not essential
