The Role
You will work directly with the founders to build and lead the commercial side of the company. This is a founding role. You think like a founder and define how we go to market, where we focus, and how we grow across healthcare, enterprise, and embedded AI. From first conversations to closing to building a system that scales. You are comfortable owning outcomes, want to be close to the core, shaping direction.

Voice is becoming a primary interface for how humans interact with technology. At the same time, understanding human state will become a core layer across industries. We are building at this intersection.
What you will do
* Define and drive the overall commercial strategy
* Build and close key partnerships across different markets
* Expand into new revenue streams such as API and embedded solutions
* Turn early traction into a scalable GTM engine
* Build structures and pipelines
* Work closely with product and founders to shape direction
Your Profile
* 5–10 years experience in startups, business development, or GTM
* Strong track record of building and closing partnerships
* Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or platform/API business is helpful, not required
* Fluent German and strong English
* High ownership and strong execution mindset
* Comfortable in ambiguity and early‑stage environments
