This AI solution turns messy CRM + ERP signals into clear, daily actions for reps: where to focus, whom to prioritize, what to sell next, and when risk is building.

The mission | Over the next 12–18 months you’ll:
* Build the GTM strategy and operating rhythm
* Move the company from founder‑led motion to a professional sales org
* Scale from 3 AEs today to ~6–7 AEs in ’26
* Manage the sales team towards continued strong performance
* Prepare the commercial function for Series A standards
Requirements
* Proven experience building and scaling a B2B SaaS sales org in the €1–10M ARR stage
* Led full‑cycle AE teams with inbound + outbound motion
* Similar sales velocity track record: €30–50K ACV, 3–4 month cycles
* Strong playbook/process builder: pipeline generation, stage conversion, repeatability
* Exceptional hiring + enablement instinct; you professionalize without killing speed
* Experience selling into traditional industries (wholesale, manufacturing, construction, logistics, etc.)
* Fluency in German and English languages
* Willingness to be in Munich 3 days a week at first (then 1‑2 days per week later on)
