* Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements, including shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and M&A transactions.
* Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
* Assist in due diligence processes and structuring corporate transactions.
* Collaborate with cross-border teams to ensure alignment on international projects.
