For our office in Hamburg we are looking for a Fund Analyst (m/f/d) *Full Time or Part Time Your Tasks: Manage cash transfers related to investment activity, including proceeds from asset sales, investor distributions, redemptions, and payments to service providers Handle related fund documentation, including bond subscriptions, supporting transaction records, and drafting acquisition or divestment statements Act as the main point of contact for fund values and performance information for investors, internal teams, auditors, administrators, and other stakeholders Prepare and share fund figures for quarterly, ad-hoc, and regulatory reporting, and support ongoing investor communications Represent the fund in client and stakeholder interactions in coordination with designated relationship managers Your Profile: Hands-on and proactive individual who possesses initiative, and adaptability and can communicate effectively across multicultural teams. First professional experience preferably with an AIFM or within Corporate Finance, Audit, or Consulting (2 years desired experience). University degree in business or economics or any other investment-related field. First experience in financial planning, budgeting and financial modeling and a good understanding of general accounting rules and practices. Fluency in English, and German is highly desirable.
