With your experience in insulation design for transformers you will develop new solutions and support the further improvement of existing products. Your focus will be on dielectric insulation arrangements for transformers.How You’ll Make an Impact
16. Work as a Development Engineer in the Dielectric Team, focusing on insulation design for power transformers
17. Develop and implement standardized insulation arrangements and innovative solutions for efficiency
18. Ensure compliance by translating technical rules and standards into practical applications
19. Identify cost-reduction measures while maintaining insulation quality and reliability
20. Integrate fundamental research insights to create high-performance transformer solutions
21. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and define/process experiments in labs and manufacturing
What You Bring
22. Degree in Electrical Engineering, High Voltage Technology, or a related field
23. Multiple years of experience in insulation solutions for power transformers or similar fields
24. Deep understanding of high voltage technology, norms, and dielectric behavior of insulation systems
25. Strong analytical skills for solving complex technical problems, including numerical field analysis (FEM)
26. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English or German
27. Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment, with travel availability (1 week per quarter)
