As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Development and implementation of an effective marketing strategy for the hotel, food and drink venues and Spa
Support in the development and creation of the marketing plan for the hotel, F&B venues, and the spa
Ensuring alignment of all local marketing initiatives with the brand’s regional and global marketing activities
Supporting the Co mmercial Manager/Director and Regional Commercial Team in aligning hotel-specific needs with central marketing initiatives
Management and control of the marketing budget, including efficient allocation of resources
Oversight and strategic direction of our social media presence in collaboration with our social media agency – including content planning, trend analysis, and performance review
Creation of in-house collateral such as flyers, menus, digital TV content, signature banners, sales collateral and other communication materials
Ensuring adherence to brand standards and guidelines across all marketing materials
Coordination and close collaboration with external PR and marketing agencies
Organization and coordination of professional photo and video shoots
Content management for our hotel website, spa website and relevant third-party platforms (e.g. OTAs, event portals, etc.)
Supporting all departments with graphic design and marketing-related inquiries and needs
Working with outsourced teams to ensure marketing/PR/social media strategies align with overall hotel goals and customer expectations
Proven Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
· Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and verbal
