You will lead its logistical and cultural evolution and ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction — as:
Site manager aviation - German & English (m/f/d), Saarbrücken Area
Your mission is to ensure efficient operations and full compliance with all regulatory requirements. If growth and compliance aren’t mutually exclusive for you, this is the right opportunity.
You oversee daily operations, coordinating base maintenance, line maintenance and workshop activities, and taking full responsibility for teams, resources and priorities.
You drive cultural transformation, implement change management initiatives and foster a mindset where continuous improvement becomes the norm.
You take ownership of Safety & Compliance, ensure complete incident and occurrence reporting, and work closely with your Compliance Manager.
You manage cost control, budget planning and investment prioritisation to support site performance.
You support the company’s long-term strategy by improving processes, integrating digital tools and promoting a data-driven approach.
Approximately 10 years’ experience in industrial, highly regulated environments (aviation, pharma, food, energy etc.), including team management and proven success in change management, or comparable experience.
Fluent German (C1 minimum) for daily leadership of a German-speaking workforce. Confident English (B2 minimum). French is a plus.
Strong digital affinity, confident use of standard IT tools and comfort with data-driven methods. Able to combine a hands-on approach with strategic thinking and navigate confidently between the shop floor and a corporate setting.
Permanent full-time contract (40h/week) with flexible scheduling depending on operational needs
