Your tasks
10. Holistic development and support of components for eBike drive systems with a focus on robustness, durability and NVH performance.
11. Performing precise tolerance calculations, component designs, and creating detailed drawing derivations and technical documentation.
12. Support of components throughout the entire product lifecycle – from the first A-sample to final series release.
13. Commissioning of validation samples and tests, as well as a sound interpretation of the results to derive effective improvement measures.
14. Close operational coordination with international suppliers and active participation in cross-functional project teams while adhering to deadlines, quality and cost targets.
Your profile
15. Completed Master's degree (Diploma or PhD) in the field of mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or design engineering.
16. Solid experience in the development of plug connections, plastic and die-cast components, as well as knowledge of stamping, bending and injection molding technologies.
17. Confident user handling of ProE/Creo and practical experience in conducting Moldflow and FEM simulations.
18. Demonstrable success in supplier management and a creative, independent and consistently structured way of working.
19. Fluent German and English skills (at least B2 level) for communication in an international environment.
