As a working student, you will play a key role in reviewing and merging these records, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency across our global sales organisation.
How You’ll Make an Impact
4. Access and process duplicate record sets in Salesforce
5. Review account data (names, addresses, related objects) and merge duplicates when clearly identifiable
6. Contacting IT support in case of technical issues or reaching out to Account Owners globally to confirm duplication status
7. Using COSMOS to identify inactive Account Owners and escalate to their managers or regional sales leads
8. Communicate professionally and confidently with stakeholders across regions
9. Log and report progress, blockers, and resolved cases
What You Bring
10. Enrolled in a university programme (preferably in Business, IT, or related fields)
11. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
12. Basic understanding of Salesforce or high willingness to learn quickly
13. Technical aptitude with software tools and data systems
14. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
15. Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems and comfortable working in an international environment
