About This Role
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Electrification team as a Financial Business Partner. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support business growth and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform month-, quarter-, and year-end closings (including SOX key controls)
* Analyze business performance versus budget and forecast, including KPI benchmarking
* Propose improvement actions focused on trade expenditures and product/customer profitability
* Lead business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
* Report financial analyses on P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, order review, backlog, and KPI dashboards
Your Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration
* At least 5 years of experience in analytical finance or controlling roles (international environment is a plus)
* Experience with Power BI & accounting (must-have), SAP (nice-to-have)
* Fluent in Dutch and English
* Proactive, accurate, independent, and solution-oriented
* Willingness to travel within the Benelux
* Comfortable interacting across different organizational levels and acting as a financial sparring partner for the management team
