Now we need your support and are looking for you to join our IT Governance, Architecture & Organization division.
Your responsibilities
* Responsibility for strategic IT projects and programs - from planning to completion
* Management and coordination of external partners, service providers, and international stakeholders
* Further development of modern PM methods, standards, and governance structures
* Building and actively shaping a company-wide PM community
* Responsibility for transformation projects with a focus on digitalization and process harmonization
* Holistic risk, budget, and stakeholder management at the senior level
Your Profile
* Degree in IT or comparable qualification, as well as several years of experience in complex large-scale IT projects/programs
* Experience with SAP programs, ideally SAP S/4HANA, including coordination of business units, IT, and external implementation partners is desirable
* Expertise in establishing or leading a PMO and in managing strategic IT initiatives
* Proficiency in traditional, agile, and hybrid PM methods / product teams (Scrum Master) as well as relevant certifications
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
* Market knowledge of B2C and B2B2C business models, as well as regulatory expertise in the banking and finance sectors
* Practical experience with modern PM tools and platforms (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, PowerBI)
