Your tasks in the team
* You will be responsible for operational coordination and support in the implementation and further development of IT solutions in the company
* You will design targeted work and information processes in cooperation with the specialist departments
* You will ensure the operation of existing IT solutions to optimize work and information processes
* You will be responsible for project management and will manage IT projects from planning to implementation
* You are responsible for the document management system
What you bring to the table
* Completed training in the IT field and professional experience in IT administration
* You have knowledge of IT-supported work processes
* You are proficient in structured documentation and the clear presentation of information
* You have problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement
* You are a team player, communicate openly and effectively, and have very good written and spoken German skills
