Account Director – Germany (m/f/d)

Location: Germany | Leadership Role | Financial Services We are working with a globally recognised organisation to identify a

senior Account Director

to lead their German business and elevate an established Account Management team to the next level. This is a high-impact leadership position within the Continental Europe structure, with full responsibility for one of the most strategically important markets in the region.

Your Impact You will take ownership of the German segment, shaping and executing commercial strategy while leading a high-performing team. Acting as a trusted partner to key clients, you will bring market insights into the business and ensure the organisation stays ahead of industry trends. Beyond delivering results, your focus will be on building a strong, motivated team and creating long-term value across the customer base.

What You’ll Be Responsible For Leading and developing a team of Account Managers across financial services clients Driving revenue growth, retention, and strategic account development Translating market insights into actionable sales and customer strategies Owning forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline management Building and maintaining senior-level client relationships Contributing to the wider Continental Europe leadership agenda Identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and operational improvement Creating a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative team culture

What We’re Looking For Fluent

German and English

(both essential) Strong experience within

financial services and/or data-driven environments Proven success in Account Management leadership roles Track record of delivering against ambitious revenue targets A hands-on leader who can operate both strategically and operationally Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High energy, positive attitude, and a proactive approach
