We want you to:
1. Creation of Brand Experiences Strategies to strengthen the BE across Europe, based on analyzed data (Status Quo and outlook), in territories like Sport, Music, Platforms etc.
2. Works towards solutions, by identifying current and future challenges, making concrete proposals, and implementing measures or providing inputs for management decisions making.
3. Work with Market Research data, latest trends, and the direction of the global Hyundai HQ
4. Development of playbooks for internal and external stakeholder to achieve an uplift of the BE's
5. Support the Development of centralized concepts and the strategic long-term vision to strengthen the position of the brand
About you:
6. At least 5 years of experience in FMCG or Automotive industry Agency / Inhouse
7. Experience in a multinational environment with different markets -can be Inhouse or Agency-
8. Proven track record in conception and realization of strategic and tactical measures for brand positioning
9. Strong analytical abilities and experience in interpreting market data
10. Self-starter mentality with good understanding of business needs
