Your Mission
Together, we work every day on customized solutions for large online retailers and marketplaces and design the payment solutions of tomorrow. As a Senior Risk Manager (m/f/d) in our risk department, you understand risk management as an area of tension between merchant satisfaction, end customer satisfaction and risk mitigation. In doing so, you prevent merchants, their buyers and Ratepay from fraud and credit risk defaults and thus have a significant influence on our contribution margin.
That's What You Bring Along
* You have working experience in the ecommerce, payment or banking industry and are relevant experience in credit- and/ or fraud risk management.
* Striving for operational excellence while maintaining a strategic, holistic view and considering the impact of decisions on the team and stakeholders is part of your approach.
* Experience in cross functional work/projects as well as data analysis skills in SQL (advanced) and Python (beginner) complement your profile.
* It is easy for you to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, merchants/partners and other departments in English (German is a plus).
