We are looking for a Team Lead Social Media (m/f/d) in full-time (39h/week) to start immediately.
What you will do:
Lead the Social Media team to foster collaboration, creativity, transparency and professional growth within the team
Support and implement a unified social media strategy that aligns with the marketing strategy, corporate goals, and effectively engages key audiences
Plan and execute campaigns that support broader corporate initiatives, drive reach, and enhance stakeholder perception
Keep the company's social and communication strategy future-ready by staying ahead of platform trends and audience expectations
Drive clear, consistent, and engaging digital communication with key stakeholders through owned online channels
What we are looking for:
Degree in the field of marketing, communications; or equivalent
Min. 4 years of experience in social media marketing, performance marketing or related; first experience in leading employees is beneficial
Experience with content planning and performance analytics tools
General understanding of Social Media Marketing and Community Management
Proficient in English (C1 Level); any other European language is beneficial
