Responsibilities Implement technical training for dealers and installers Field install equipment on-site Field test products to troubleshoot operational problems Understand user needs and provide feedback on user experience Handle and import customer complaints and provide solutions to problems Organize after‑sales spare parts, after‑sales files and customer data Provide service support for initial installations and maintenance (online and on‑site), be the technical contact person for customer Qualifications Ideally completed vocational training in the electrotechnical field Excellent listening, reading and writing skills in English (Chinese a plus) Good communication skills and professional appearance Basic computer skills in all common applications #J-18808-Ljbffr
