(Quereinsteiger Willkommen)
Deine Aufgaben:
1. Physische Annahme & Prüfung von Paketen / Lieferungen im Wareneingang (Labor-Verbrauchsmaterialien, Proben, Equipment oder Geräte für den Bereich Warenlager)
2. Weiterverarbeitung der eingehenden Sendungen: Abteilungszuordnung, Einsortierung, Lieferscheine ablegen, SAP Buchungen
3. Lagerhaltung: volle Verantwortung des Warenlagers - regelmäßige Prüfung des Bestands; Koordinierung von Nachbestellungen sowie interne Produktherausgabe
4. Versandanmeldungen: Ausgehende Sendungen werden beim Lieferdienst angemeldet und die Sendungen entsprechend vorbereitet und koordiniert
5. Bestellungen: Für das Warenlager, individuelle Einkäufe oder Online-Bestellungen
6. Administrative Tätigkeiten und weiteres: Verantwortung eines eigenen Email-Postfachs (Warenlager) Systembuchungen (SAP und Jaggaer) Lieferscheine (Digitalisierung und Ablage) Reklamationen und Status-Nachfragen Kreditkartenabrechnungen Produktqualifizierungen Angebotsanfragen Direkte Kommunikation mit den internen Abteilungen und externen Firmen Vertretung für Team-Kollegen (Zoll-Aufgaben) Jährliche Inventur
Deine Qualifikationen:
7. abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (vorzugsweise im Bereich Lager / Logistik)
8. sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
9. erste SAP-Kenntnisse sind vorteilhaft
10. zuverlässige & verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise

With more than 50 years of experience and proven regulatory expertise, the Charles River Biologics group can address challenging projects for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies worldwide.
