Global HSE Manager Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic leadership to national and international HSE teams.
* Foster collaboration among global teams to achieve common goals.
* Play a key role in occupational safety and contribute to the improvement of safety standards.
* Develop and implement HSE strategies across the entire value chain.
* Manage systems for reporting, risk assessment, compliance, hazardous substances, and process management.
* Define objectives and measures for project implementation within projects.
* Be responsible for further development and certification of the HSE management system (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
* Work closely with the global HSE team to develop group-wide strategies and implement shared goals in health, safety, and environmental protection.
* Design and create training materials to strengthen safety awareness and professional competence of employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Hold a technical degree (e.g., safety engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials science).
* Have professional experience in quality and HSE management, ideally with a focus on safety and environmental risk assessments.
* Be a certified occupational safety specialist.
* Have in-depth knowledge of relevant laws, standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), and regulatory requirements.
* Be qualified as an internal auditor.
* Work analytically, solution-oriented, and pragmatically with a clear focus on customer needs and results.
* Have excellent English skills and be willing to travel internationally.
