Your seat to fill: Act as overall owner of the Project Management tools and software landscape, continuously developing, maintaining, and stabilizing their usage across the organization Drive the further development and optimization of Project Management tools to ensure high efficiency, transparency, and user adoption Act as content owner of the Product Development Process, identifying, analyzing, and proactively resolving process‑related challenges Create, maintain, and continuously improve standards and governance structures within Product Development Independently develop, structure, and implement a portfolio and project management reporting framework, including relevant KPIs Create dashboards and management reports to provide transparency within the Product Development organization and enable data‑driven decision‑making Translate technical Product Development requirements into structured reporting solutions tailored to internal stakeholders Collaborate proactively with cross‑functional departments as a key interface and coordinate independently with line and senior management Act as internal interface within the PMO team and functionally lead and align team members Support the Senior Director PJM in enhancing tools, standards, and procedures related to Product Development Contribute to establishing and continuously improving an efficient and scalable PMO working framework Your stroll to CYBEX: A university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline Several years of professional experience in PMO, Portfolio Management, Process Management, or a comparable analytical role, ideally within a technical Product Development environment Strong expertise in Project Management tools and reporting systems Ability to navigate complex product development environments and enjoy driving clarity, efficiency, and continuous improvement Proven experience in building reporting frameworks and defining meaningful KPIs Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights with structured and hands‑on mindset Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and seniority levels Experience in functional leadership or team coordination A structured, solution‑oriented, and proactive working style with a strong sense of ownership Fluent English skills; German is a plus CYBEX operates globally and has employees from copious nations.
