Key Account Manager

* Diligently analyze client financial needs to offer bespoke financial products and services that align with their objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.
* Organize regular progress meetings and conference calls with clients and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
* Provide expert advice on sustainability and environmental best practices to clients.
Effective communication channels between the relationship team and operations must be established. This will involve overseeing project planning, execution, and completion.
A successful candidate would possess a degree in Finance, 5-10 years of experience in asset management or Big 4 advisory, proficiency in Luxembourg regulations, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and fluency in English and Italian language.
