What You Will Do HRIS Management: Own the accuracy and integrity of all personnel data by responsibly adding, editing, and updating records within our core HRIS/HR tools. Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, issue, and track all standard documentation, including employment agreements, official letters, and policy acknowledgments. Global Compliance: Manage the initiation and tracking of HR compliance, e.g., New Hire Onboarding: Other HR duties as assigned. Profile Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in an HR or recruiting administrative role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
