* Manage/Lead scaffolding sales team to achieve revenue targets, and other performance measures such as quotation levels, customer visits, and other relevant KPI’s.
* Develop and implement strategic business plan to substantially grow market share within scaffolding sector.
* Support Building and Infrastructure formwork teams to grow revenue in all PERI UP scaffolding applications.
* Manage pipeline for target projects.
* Work closely with the Sales Director to implement and deliver the sales strategy.

Stand Out From The Crowd - What Distinguishes You
* Scaffolding Industry marketing and sales
* Proven knowledge of all scaffolding, access and shoring systems used within the sector
* PC literate with good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office standard programmes
* Commercial experience within the scaffolding sector
* Experience with account management of key accounts
* Coaching/Leadership experience of sales engineers/sales managers
* Strong commercial understanding
