Your Role
You will act as a key partner on HR matters for staff and management. You will support daily operations and staff queries.
As Recruiter for some business lines, your role involves managing the full recruitment process from preparing job advertisements to liaising with hiring managers.
You will collaborate with colleagues to support local initiatives and ensure alignment with business practices and group policies.
This is a role that requires excellent communication skills and ability to navigate complex environments effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting recruitment processes.
* Establishing employment contracts and managing onboarding procedures.
* Ensuring administrative follow-up of employee records.
* Providing primary point of contact for employees.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources or psychology.
* Three to five years' experience in HR functions, preferably in an international environment.
* Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
* Ability to provide solutions in areas such as recruitment and organisational development.
* Proactivity and ability to adapt to complex, fast-paced environments.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong customer service skills and empathy.
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* MBTI or Insight MDI certification or willingness to achieve certification.
* Fluency in English and French languages, knowledge of German is an asset.
* Skilled user of standard MS Office applications.
* Discretion and awareness of confidentiality requirements.
