Are you a natural relationship builder with a passion for sales and customer success? At TVH, we’re looking for an Internal Sales Advisor to strengthen our team and support customers and prospects across the DACH region. In this role, you’ll be the go-to contact for our customers, helping them find the right solutions while driving growth and expanding our customer base.

What you’ll do

1. Be the first point of contact for customers and prospects in the DACH region.

2. Build and grow customer relationships by handling both inbound and outbound contacts.

3. Proactively identify and approach prospects through leads and your own research.

4. Partner with sales representatives to support and grow existing accounts.

5. Spot customer needs and offer tailored solutions from our wide product range.

6. Promote campaigns, special actions, and regional initiatives – and contribute ideas to make them even better.

7. Keep communication flowing between internal departments and the customer.

8. Collect and share market insights to sharpen product positioning.

9. Guide new customers through onboarding and follow up until they’re fully up and running.

10. Reconnect with former customers to win them back.

11. Keep our CRM up to date – always.

What makes you successful

12. Experience in a commercial or sales function is a plus.

13. Fluency in German and good knowledge of English (written & spoken). Dutch and French are nice-to-haves.

14. A strong sales mindset – driven, resilient, and result-oriented.

15. Confident in outbound calling and engaging with new contacts.

16. Skilled in relationship building, organization, and follow-up.

17. A proactive team player who can also thrive independently.

18. Dynamic, optimistic, curious, and eager to learn.
