Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional customer experience through online touchpoints such as B2B and B2C websites, portals, and applications. You will partner with senior management from all Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to refine and translate business goals into concrete implementation roadmaps with clear action plans. You will steer and manage the execution of these initiatives across DCI units, aligning with stakeholders in SBUs and Corporate IT, including responsibility for program budgets and collaboration models.Additionally, you will:Lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams to build, operate, and scale digital products and projects for ZEISS customers worldwideOrganize and lead stakeholder workshops and events to define, align, and present digital strategiesCollaborate with strategic partners and external support teamsConduct demand analysis and implement DCI-wide initiatives for organizational developmentDevelop and track core KPIs, generating actionable insights in collaboration with the Analytics teamFor more details about the role, contact our Recruiter: Sandro Phan (sandro.phan@zeiss.com).Your profile5-7 years of experience in webshops, web apps, or websites delivery and operationsProven experience in leading digital strategy and transformation initiatives within a corporate environmentLeadership experience focusing on team development, motivation, and performance managementAbility to navigate and manage change effectivelySuccessful track record of engaging colleagues from operational to top management levelsStrong project and program management skills, ensuring timely and within-budget deliveryExcellent English proficiency; German skills are a plusDiversity is valued at ZEISS.
