Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end data migration processes following SAP Activate methodology (ETLV – extraction, transformation, loading, validation). Deliver high-quality data migration and master data solutions across ECC and S/4HANA environments. Lead and facilitate client workshops to define data cleansing and migration requirements. Create and maintain field catalogues (UDMs), mapping documents, and validation reports. Provide first-level support and customizing within S/4HANA, including adjustments to master data fields and error resolution (IDocs, replication). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, business users, and Scrum Masters) to ensure successful delivery of data projects. Ensure data quality, business continuity, and compliance throughout migration cycles. Experience & Skills 10–15 years of SAP experience, with a strong focus on Master Data and Data Migration. Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA transformations (greenfield, brownfield). Deep understanding of Business Partner, Material Master, and Financial Master Data (AR/AP/GL). Strong project management experience, ideally within M&A or carve-out projects. Proficiency with SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, and MDG principles. Experience with Jira and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
