Position Overview: lead and manage the Human Resources function across multiple countries. This role is critical in driving key HR initiatives, including recruitment, training and development, organizational design, and performance management. The position ensures alignment between HR strategies and business objectives while maintaining compliance with local labor laws and fostering a culture of engagement and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Budget Manageme

5. Compliance and Risk Manag
ement:- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local, regional, and international laws and regula
tions.- Manage employee relations cases within legal and budgetary frame

Qualif
ications:- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a rela
ted field- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leaders
hip role.- Experience in a multi-country environment with knowledge of international HR practices and reg
ulations.- In-depth knowledge of European & LATAM labor laws and HR best p
ractices.- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersona
l skills.- Ability to navigate complex and dynamic work envi
ronments.- Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus. (Spanish/ German/
Italian)
