🔧 About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Embedded Software Engineer to join a high-impact engineering team in the field of next-generation signal processing and measurement systems. In this role, you’ll contribute to the development of cutting-edge embedded software for high-performance electronic instrumentation used in R&D and industrial applications.
💡 Your Responsibilities
* Design and implement low-level embedded software for high-speed data acquisition systems
* Work on Linux-based embedded platforms (user-space and close to hardware)
* Develop and optimize code for real-time signal processing
* Debug and test directly on hardware devices (oscilloscopes, measurement systems)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware and signal integrity engineers
* Contribute ideas to software architecture and design discussions
🎯 Your Profile
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in embedded development using modern C++ under Linux
* Solid understanding of digital signal processing or electronics measurement
* Experience with Git, CMake, and modern development workflows
* Strong focus on clean code, object-oriented design, and software quality
* Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2+)
* Strong sense of ownership, commitment, and ability to work in a team

* Experience with tools like Conan, CLion, or Visual Studio
* Familiarity with hardware bring-up, schematics, or oscilloscopes
* Background in test automation or continuous integration for embedded systems
