Responsibilities:
1. Order processing, delivery coordination, and invoicing using SAP ERP
2. Monitoring and tracking of order fulfillment
3. Preparation of transport documents for non-hazardous and hazardous goods for road and sea transport
4. Knowledge of export procedures and customs documentation
5. Handling customer inquiries and clarifying delivery status in German and English, including monthly tracking of delivery performance
6. Recording and processing complaints and returns in the SAP C4C (CRM) system
7. Preparation of accompanying documents for occasional national and international parcel shipments
8. Participation in projects
Qualifications:
9. Completed commercial vocational training with experience in Customer Service
10. Knowledge of ERP/SAP desirable, as well as CRM systems and MS Office
11. Basic knowledge of customs regulations and export control
12. Basic knowledge of regulations for the transport of dangerous goods – ADR / IMDG (training provided)
13. Fluent German and good command of English
14. Strong communication skills in dealing with customers; motivated, resilient, flexible, a team player, and able to work carefully and accurately
