Requirements
* At least 6 years of experience in a similar role with a strong background in IT service management.
* Hold a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
* Fluency in English (spoken and written) and French.
* Certification in ITIL 4 is an added advantage.
* Possess excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Demonstrate proactive approach to problem-solving and stress management.
