Your tasks
9. Reporting Reporting and Analysis of HR KPIs (absenteeism, headcount, bonus, salary Authorisations Management
10. HR Processes and Improvements Participating to HR tools deployments and policies implementation (from business need definition to change plan implementation towards endusers) Leading Business Transformation projects linked to legal restructuring or carve in/ out regarding tools and HR processes impacts
11. Act as support to HR4HR team in the following activities HR Process and Policy Deployment HR partnering with the business
Your qualifications
12. a degree in business administration
13. HR operational experience, with good knowledge of HR processes and business acumen
14. strong information management systems skills and knowledge of data analytics
15. knowledge of SAP and MS applications
16. team oriented mind-set
17. creativity and appetence for problem solving
18. ability to communicate and influence towards diverse audiences (incl. senior management) and strong networking skills
