* You will provide technical support to our customers, utilizing your diverse skills to solve issues in a timely manner.
* Accountable for global technical escalation management, driving continuous improvement in delivering support to end customers.
* Responsible for defining and measuring support requirements for new product development, ensuring supportability at lowest cost.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or related field.
* Effective communication in spoken and written English.
* Strong ability to collaborate effectively in international and cross-functional teams.
* Experience in R&D, production or support engineering.
