Service Delivery Manager – IT Infrastructure
Location: Stuttgart, Germany (Hybrid)
Function: IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Service Delivery
Experience: 10–12+ years
Language requirements: German C1/C2, English C1
What You’ll Lead and Do
* End‑to‑end IT infrastructure delivery for global accounts across multiple regions
* Meeting and exceeding SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction goals
* Data center leadership — capacity planning, virtualization, DR, hardware lifecycle
* Multi‑cloud operations across Azure, AWS, and GCP
* Network & Cybersecurity management (SD‑WAN, segmentation, ISO/GDPR compliance)
* Digital Workplace transformation including VDI, endpoint strategy, and UX improvement
* P&L ownership — budgets, forecasting, cost optimization
* Driving automation & operational intelligence using tools like ServiceNow, Grafana, Azure Arc
* Leading and mentoring teams of up to 100+ FTEs
* Acting as a trusted advisor for senior client stakeholders
What You Bring
* Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Engineering, or related field
* 10–12+ years in IT Infrastructure Service Delivery within global environments
* Demonstrated leadership managing large, multi-country operational teams
* Deep knowledge of ITIL, managed services, service desk operations
* Proven expertise across:
* Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)
* Networking & Cybersecurity
* Automation & monitoring tools
* Strong commercial acumen with experience owning budgets and cost performance
* Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
* Fluent German & English (C1/C2)
* Experience in regulated sectors (Manufacturing/Energy/Finance) is a strong plus
* Certifications like ITIL V3/V4, PMP, CCNA, ISO 9001, CSM are preferred
