IT Support (m/f/d)
Processing and monitoring service requests via our ticket system
Supporting our employees with hardware and software problems
Collaborating with external IT service providers and internal support teams to find solutions
Planning and implementation of software and firmware distributions
Installation, setup, maintenance and dismantling of end devices and systems (PCs, printers, etc.)
Maintenance of our technical knowledge database and creation of documentation and troubleshooting instructions
Carrying out simple system configurations as part of support, e.g. user and rights management
Completed training or a comparable qualified qualification in the IT sector
At least 3 years of professional experience in the required field
Strong communication skills in dealing with various internal and external contacts in German and English
