Role: International Operations Coordinator – European Logistics
Location: Frankfurt | Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Language requirements: German, English, and Italian
Schedule: Full-time role covering standard operational shifts (including occasional weekend rotations)
Contract: Secure long-term opportunity (initial 2-year fixed term with a strong option for extension)
Salary: €40K+ (DOE)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Operational Oversight: Coordinate and monitor international freight movements alongside various European transport partners.
* Client Communication: Serve as the proactive point of contact for international customers regarding their transport progress.
* Real-Time Tracking: Manage "Track & Trace" for specialized cargo and fleet units to ensure seamless delivery.
* Compliance & Fleet: Oversee transport documentation, safety regulations for specialized goods, and fleet maintenance/revision tracking.
YOUR PROFILE:
* Languages: Fluency in all 3 languages is essential: German, English, and Italian. Additional European languages are a plus.
* Experience: We welcome applications from recent graduates eager to build a career in logistics, as well as experienced professionals with a background in freight forwarding
* Training: Completed qualification as a Freight Forwarding Agent, Dispatcher, or similar logistics specialist.
