Workload Automation Specialist
Your role involves delivering global and business-critical Workload Automation services across EMEA, APAC, and AMER regions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with their demands and meet agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Maintaining and enhancing the operational model of our Workload Automation Tool is another key responsibility. This includes leading migration assignments within the Workload Automation domain, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruptions.
You will be responsible for updating documentation regularly to reflect connections and processes between all services in the Workload Automation domain. This will involve decreasing overlaps between services provided by various teams and ensuring that information is readily available for stakeholders.
In addition, you will identify potential risks to service delivery and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruptions. Keeping in close touch with external entities involved in the Workload Automation domain is also essential.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent experience in the IT industry
* Profound experience with Workload Automation Tools
* Extensive understanding of service delivery according to ITIL standards
* Experience in coordinating and communicating complex tasks
* Ability to make decisions within role responsibilities
* Proactive work approach and ability to collaborate in an international environment
* Excellent communication skills in English
