The Role We are seeking an experienced EMEA Account Sourcing Manager to lead strategic procurement activities for our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) clients across the EMEA region. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, deliver savings targets, and ensure compliance with JLL standards. Your Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Manage strategic sourcing and procurement activities for client requirements across all IFM service lines Develop and implement regional sourcing plans and lead end-to-end RFP processes Conduct e-auctions through Jaggaer system and lead contract negotiations Deliver savings targets and track regional savings delivery via procurement platforms Client & Supplier Management Represent JLL S&P in client meetings and account forums Collaborate with Account Directors, Facilities Managers and Operations Teams Manage framework relationships with JLL preferred suppliers Qualify and onboard suppliers according to JLL compliance requirements Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular review meetings Compliance & Reporting Ensure all sourcing activities comply with JLL standards and best practices Administer Strategic Sourcing Audit program and manage risk mitigation Provide monthly/quarterly reports on KPIs, supplier performance and savings delivery Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) Transformation & Innovation Support transformation activities and maintain sustainability and D&I strategy Provide training and guidance on JLL S&P Strategic Sourcing activities Support transition activities including site visits and supplier onboarding Your Profile Experience & Education 5-10 years of procurement/sourcing experience in FM, Manufacturing, Infrastructure or Estate Management Deep understanding of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services and supplier environment Proven experience working with suppliers across EMEA region Business management or related degree MCIPS or country equivalent certification (preferable) Strong analytical, financial and commercial skills with excellent numerical acumen Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience with e-auction/procurement platforms (Jaggaer/Bravo preferred) Knowledge of sourcing procedures and protocols for services contracts Fluent in English and German (essential) Additional Western European languages (Polish, French) advantageous Why Join JLL?
